Steps to become EFT Practioner:

Step 1: Externship Essentials

Step 2: Core Skills

Step 3: Supervision.

After completing the training, the EFT trainer will get a certification from ICEEFT which allows the practice of EFT globally.

The American Psychological Association (APA) has recognized Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as the most effective evidence-based couples therapy approach.
